The differences between PC04 and PC18 papermaking glues.

Vinyl adhesives for papermaking are formulated for specific uses. Different types can be found on the market, and Pec Group also boasts two papermaking adhesives among its products: PC04 and PC18.

But which one to choose and what is the difference between the two?

PC04 is an acetovinyl-based PVA resin in aqueous dispersion with high viscosity. It is ideal for use in bookbinding and typography, but can also be used for even mechanical labeling operations on paper, plastic and various materials.

PC18 is also PVA acetovinyl-based but unlike PC04 has a low viscosity. Because of this characteristic, it is especially used for labeling in general, on various materials.

We are always ready to offer our advice to help you choose the right adhesive for your needs!
